Leonard Dow, VP of Community & Church Development, for Everence Financial, will discuss the intersection of his Anabaptist faith and life experiences with his professional role of engaging underserved and low to moderate-income communities. Dow’s urban mission will inform and challenge attendees.

Elder Exchange is a monthly academic assembly deliberating Christian faith and life issues. Following Dow’s presentation, there will be an open dialogue to discern its resonance with the vibrant Christian faith.

Responders Ann Hershberger, CEO of MCC USA and former nursing professor at Eastern Mennonite University, and Mwizenge (Jack) Tempo, retired sociology professor from Bridgewater College will moderate the conversation.
