Lifelong Learning at VMRC
Our Community Keeps You Active Through Retirement
Our Retirement Community is just that, a community. Our mission goes beyond providing a place to live, but we also provide an environment to make friends, try new hobbies, and promote lifelong learning through various clubs and activities.

Enjoy Golf With Our Retirement Community
The VMRC Golf Association welcomes anyone interested in golf – from experts to novices. Sign up for the 2023 season by calling the VMRC Wellness Center, 540.574.3850. Join us on the first, third and fifth Tuesdays of the month March through October. We play at courses throughout the Shenandoah Valley, including The Highlands, Bryce Resort, The Club at Ironwood, Lakeview, Heritage Oaks, Shenvalee and Stoney Creek. The season begins March 7 with a kick-off dinner; first round of golf is March 21. Contact mnoland@vmrc.org for more info.
The $30 annual registration fee includes an annual kickoff dinner and end-of-season celebration, play discounts, free golf clinics with area pros, and a discount to the VMRC Annual Golf Benefit Tournament.
