Update on cases in Supportive Living

Due to positive cases on the Cedar and Walnut neighborhoods in Crestwood, all visitors in Assisted Living who are not VMRC residents must remain masked for the duration of their visits. Thank you for respecting this protocol.

Warsack House has recently had two residents test positive for Covid-19. We are asking any visitors to remain masked throughout their visit and encouraging enhanced masking and visitation outdoors.

Masks are required in all areas of Woodland Park and Transitional Care as we have had staff members in these areas recently test positive for the virus.
