Our skilled nursing and short-term rehab program offers a specialized, outcome-focused approach that helps promote success and helps for a seamless transition to home — wherever that may be. Pre- and post-outcome measurements will align with your goals. VMRC participates with many insurance providers including Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans.
A multidisciplinary team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and dieticians who integrate modern health-care practices into a customized and personalized care plan. Plus, a Patient Navigator will guide you through your recovery process.

The modern therapy suite features equipment designed to help patients regain their independence—from a car to practice transfers, to a full kitchen, laundry facilities and an outdoor therapeutic walking trail. Patient suites come completely furnished with private bathrooms. Access to The Grille dining as well as VMRC’s Main Street with a Café/Bakery, general store, beauty salon, credit union and art gallery provides a change of scenery.

Convenient primary health care on the VMRC campus, providing routine health checks and wellness exams, sick visits, labs and more, 5 days a week. This health center accepts major insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. Contact them at 540.433.4913.
